What normally happens when we buy a book? We pay for it, read it, then put it on a shelf at home where no one else can read it.
If we want to read another book, we have to pay again and so on.
With the Free Palestine Book Exchange, you can bring that book (on the Palestinian struggle) and exchange it free of charge from the community bookshelf as many times as you like. Books stay accessible to other people and you can read as many books as you like for the price of one. If you don't already have a book you can take any one off the shelf for a £5 suggested donation, then read them all.
If you particularly want to keep a book or give it to someone, no problem, we can replace it with the money you gave when you took the first book. You can take another book from the exchange, again for a suggested donation, and carry on reading.
